Tim Erwin Loan Consultant

Tim joined Tristar Home Loan Services, Inc. in 2005. His dedication to serving his clients and the community was a perfect match with Tristar Home Loan’s philosophy of customer service.
Tim has been a resident of Santa Cruz County for over 30 years and a loan consultant since 1999. Prior to becoming a loan consultant, Tim was a school teacher and high school baseball coach. His favorite hobbies include bike riding and going to baseball games “go As”!
Tim specializes in working with clients with difficult credit histories and enjoys the challenge presented by each client's unique financial circumstance “I have built my business on customer service, integrity and earning the trust of my clients. I enjoy helping clients achieve their dreams. Clients are for a lifetime.”
Tim received his BA from Long Beach State and is a licensed Real Estate Professional.
