Dorothy
Fenoglio is a third generation native of Watsonville. She is
licensed by the state of California Department of Real Estate
as an agent since 1969 and as a broker since 1976. Dorothy’s
background includes selling real estate, development of several
subdivisions and was co- owner of Scenic Mortgage of Monterey,
CA (a private money/investor loan business). Dorothy specializes
in all types of loans. Dorothy enjoys volunteering, she has
been involved with the Catholic Charities Golf Tournament starting
back in 1988; volunteered with the Watsonville Fly-in, devotes
time to the Scleroderma Foundation and the Epilepsy Network.
